Prism Marketing scores a goal with the sales of Soccer Tower
~ Successfully designs complete branding, interactive and advertising design for Soccer Tower ~
Prism Marketing has designed and developed a complete marketing suite for the launch of Soccer Tower, an exclusive project in Dubai Sports City. Prism was awarded the contract to develop all the brand collaterals from the logo, the brand identity of the project, the soccer tower website and interactive emailers, to the entire advertising campaign for the launch of the Soccer Tower.
The project was exclusively marketed by First Choice Real Estate. Commenting on the project, Mr. Najeeb Managing Director of First Choice Real Estate said, “We approached Prism to create the complete brand design for the project as the developer wanted a very rich and international look for their project and Prism came highly recommended for the work they have done with other high end projects.”
Commenting on the campaign for the launch Ms. Sadia Butt, MD of Emirates Infinity Investments added, “The branding and advertising campaign that Prism created was simply amazing. It really created a right image for the project as a high end sports centric international development. We were very pleased with what they created right from the logo of the tower to the branding and website for the project. The creative advertising campaign created such a surge of market interest for the project even in these depressed market conditions, that we were able to sell 60 % of the project at the pre launch phase itself. It was really a pleasure to work with the creative and talented team at Prism,”
Commenting on the campaign, Mr. Lovetto Nazareth Managing Director, “We wanted to create an exclusive unique identity for this project as it was based in Dubai Sports City. We chose Soccer Tower because of the international hype regarding the sport and it acceptance it has in the minds of investors. We built the entire communication campaign around the slogan “Live your Passion” which appeals to Soccer fans of all ages.”
The entire campaign from the advertising campaign was coordinated out in three phases with individual creative ads for all three phases, building up the momentum for the finale launch ad. The advertising campaign created a huge drive for the sales of the tower. “We had over 100,000 hits on the website in the first week of the campaign itself. That in itself is a massive number which converted into good sales for the tower.” Lovetto added. |
