Overview
Role: Digital Business Development SpecialistWork Location: DubaiSalary Package: Attractive, With Commission And Performance-Based Bonuses. We’re looking for a talented individual to play a pivotal role in business growth.You will educate companies from different fields about digital marketing tools like websites, social media, SEO, PPC, and more. (Experience selling these services is very important)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital industry experience and knowledge in the UAE (digital agency experience preferred).
- Proven ability to send a lot of complicated digital material (campaigns, content, web, and mobile experiences) and marketing messages to clients.
- Proven ability to get new clients and keep the ones you already have.
- With a valid UAE Driving License.
- Base Salary

Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients.
- Lead the response to brief and pitching; lead and support the pitch teams.
- Create winning pitch proposals using creative presentation software/tools, i.e. Canva.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
- Excellent pitch and presenting abilities (written and verbal).
- Outstanding influencing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in networking to create new connections and business.
- The ability to build and keep good ties with people inside and outside the company.
- Ability to work at speed and under pressure.
- Strong financial sense and the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
- Passionate and enthusiastic—truly love technology and enjoy helping clients solve their problems.
- Arabic language skill (preferred).
