At Prism, we first started by brainstorming and conducting an extensive research about the company, their product offerings, their competitors, their audiences etc.
Our main strategy stemmed from their approach of having a massive launch in Dubai. They had large ambitions, diverse offerings, and the desire to bring their brand into a more cohesive, modern light and that opened gates for ideas to flow in for us. Our main objectives were to synchronize the content across all platforms namely their website, mobile app as well as social media platforms. Our approach was to consolidate everything, apply a similar brand experience to every aspect of the site and the app but also allowing the promotional aspects and differences to shine through. This took design expertise and the ability to see where things fit and do not fit. Our team website design and development team brainstormed and came up with the best designs possible. As it was an e-commerce website our main focus was readability, easy to understand, engaging and clear call to actions. Our team of multilingual content writer worked hand in hand with our SEO professional to develop content (English +Arabic) that is SEO friendly so as to help La Maison rank higher on search engines. The site in itself was not small as they had an enormous list of product offerings. All the images on displayed on the site are clicked in-house by Prism’s professional product photography team, optimized for SEO and put on the site and mobile app.
We also helped La Maison build a consistent and engaging social media presence. Our social media content writing team developed monthly content calendars in English, Arabic as well as in French. In order to attract uses we focused on keeping our social media game strong by putting up educative and catchy posts that help uses interact with the brand. As it was their first major launch in Dubai, we run social media ads on Facebook and Instagram so as to make the brand known in Dubai. Our social media team came up with campaigns such as the #winforfree and #introductorydiscount that caused a spike in their sales as well as store visits.
